First responders were dispatched to the college on Wednesday afternoon, where there was a report of a motor vehicle crash on Grasslands Road involving the bus. Upon arrival at the scene, crews from the Valhalla Fire Department reported that they found that the bus had struck a dump truck, leaving it with extensive front-end damage.

According to first responders, crews worked to clean up fluid spills from the crash and paramedics treated multiple subjects at the scene. 

The Valhalla Ambulance Corps stated that there were approximately 30 passengers on the bus, and six were treated for minor injuries. They were then transported to a nearby hospital for additional evaluation.
